What does food mean to you?
Food means so much but the first few things that come to mind are comfort and of course survival! There is nothing better than a big fire going, a couch, a movie and something delicious to eat - of course with a glass of wine. But, I often consider what my grandparents had to go through, and that food is also a privilege - something that many people just don’t have. I don’t take food for granted and try very hard to make my kids know they need to appreciate every time they eat.
What would you choose as your final meal?
Very tough question but I would have to say either…a Peanut Butter and Jam Sandwich or an amazing authentic bowl of fresh pasta bolognese! And there MUST be chocolate chips cookies and/or Chocolate Cake (with icing) for dessert.
