Description of Fody's Low FODMAP Berry & Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

Fody Low FODMAP Blueberry Almond Snack Bars are so versatile! We like them as a low FODMAP snack, of course, but they get put to great use here in a low FODMAP berry parfait. We like this for breakfast or a snack. Strawberries have no FODMAPs and allow us to have a generous serving. Work that fruit into your daily diet and stick to the low FODMAP diet at the same time!

Fody's Low FODMAP Berry & Yogurt Breakfast Parfait Ingredients

  • 4 cups (980 g) lactose-free vanilla yogurt, divided
  • 8-ounces (225 g) fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced, divided
  • 2 Fody Blueberry Almond Bars, crumbled or chopped (see Tips)

Directions for Fody's Low FODMAP Berry & Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

Scoop half of the yogurt into 4 clear glasses (for best visual effect). Top with half the strawberries, then half of the crumbled Fody Low FODMAP Blueberry Almond Snack Bars. Now layer up the remaining yogurt, berries and finish off with a topping of the remaining crumbled Fody Blueberry Almond Bars and serve immediately.

Tips

I cut each bar into thirds lengthwise, then cut crosswise into little cubes. The bar does not shatter and does cut easily.
