This Low FODMAP salsa chicken is the perfect base for many simple weeknight meals. Use it to top taco salads, pair with Low FODMAP corn tortillas to make tacos or quesadillas, or mixed with quinoa and roasted vegetables for a burrito bowl. Versatile and SO simple! Place the chicken in a slow cooker and top with Fody Foods Low FODMAP Salsa. Cover the slow cooker with a lid and place on low heat to allow to cook for 6-8 hours, or high heat to allow it to cook for 3-4 hours. Once cooked, shred the chicken with tongs and use as taco or quesadilla filling, to put on top of taco salads, or to mix into a homemade burrito bowl.
