Either way, this low FODMAP, gluten-free recipe takes just 5 minutes to put together, making it perfect for a busy weeknight meal.
For this low FODMAP recipe, we swapped out your run-of-the-mill all-purpose flour with gluten-free flour. You can opt to go totally flourless, but we find it really makes a difference in the texture of the garlic caper sauce. We like to use cod or flounder, but you can sub out for any flaky white fish, maybe something that’s local and in-season in your hometown.
